DORITOS

Since 2023, Doritos, in partnership with Mogul Media, set out to deliver an immersive and accessible gaming experience for Comic Con Africa fans of all ages and interests - while cementing the brand as a true player in the gaming ecosystem.
Doritos has consistently shown up as an authentic voice within the fan community, creating a space that fans look forward to year after year. The goal for 2025 was to level up the experience, driving both brand love and audience engagement through an activation that blended competition, fun, and flavour.

TELKOM

Building on the insights gained from Comic Con Cape Town & Comic Con Africa (2022–2024, the Telkom strategy for Comic Con Africa 2025 aimed to create an all-inclusive, fully immersive experience across the entire Telkom ecosystem. The objective was to deliver a space that merged competition, creativity, and community, while reinforcing Telkom’s position as a major player in gaming and digital connectivity.

Key goals included:

Hosting tournaments and free-to-play zones to drive engagement and participation.

Highlighting partner brands within the Telkom network.

Ensuring Telkom’s grand presence remained a visual and interactive focal point at the show.

COMIC CON AFRICA & COMIC CON CAPE TOWN

Since 2022, Mogul Media has partnered with Comic Con Africa and Comic Con Cape Town as the driving force behind their strategic organization, brand integration, and fan engagement.

With both events collectively hosting over 100,000 fans and 500+ exhibitors, Mogul Media’s role extends far beyond event coordination - it’s about curating immersive experiences that blend fandom, entertainment, and brand storytelling.

The team’s mission is to ensure that every sponsor, partner, and exhibitor shows up with a relevant, fan-first presence, perfectly aligned with Comic Con’s culture. By continuously learning from the communities in Cape Town and Johannesburg, Mogul Media evolves each edition to ensure that Comic Con remains a space where every fan feels they belong -and every brand has the opportunity to connect authentically with them.
